Our Standards & Guidelines

Eligibility
Contestants must be between the ages of
13 and 17 for Miss Teen Multicultural Beauty,
18 to 27 for Miss Multicultural Beauty,
20 years and older for Ms. Multicultural Beauty,
25 years and older for Mrs. Multicultural Beauty.
Contestants for Miss Teen and Miss must be single and have no children.
Contestants for Ms. married or unmarried, with or without children
Contestants for Mrs. must be married or divorced, and must have a child or children.
Contestants must be a Permanent Resident, Citizen or must hold a Temporary Resident Permit in Canada.
Contestants must NOT be currently holding any beauty pageant titles or have any contractual obligations that would prohibit participation.
Contestants must NOT have any criminal records and should maintain a good moral standing.

Application & Registration
Contestants must complete and submit the designated application form along with the necessary documents such as proof of age, residency and/or citizenship.

Conduct & Behavior
Contestants should maintain a respectful and professional attitude throughout the pageant process including rehearsals, interviews and the actual event. Any form of disrespectful or disruptive behavior may result in immediate disqualification.
Contestants should refrain from engaging in any activities that may bring negative publicity or harm the reputation of the pageant.

Dress Code
Contestants are expected to adhere to the prescribed dress code for each segment of the pageant such as evening gown, swimsuit and cultural attire.
Attire should be tasteful and appropriate, avoiding excessive cleavage or too revealing outfits

Talent
Contestants are encouraged to showcase their unique talents during the designated talent segment.
Talent performances must be appropriate and free from any offensive or controversial content.

Documentation and Media Release
Contestants may be required to sign documentation or release forms allowing the use of their photos, videos and interviews for promotional purposes.

Judging and Tabulation
Contestants’ performances will be evaluated by a panel of qualified judges based on predetermined criteria. Judges’ decisions are final and cannot be contested.

Winners and Prizes
The top contestants will be awarded titles and prizes as determined by the panel of judges. Winners will be required to fulfill specific duties and responsibilities as ambassadors for the organization.

Disqualification
Contestants may face disqualification if any false information or misrepresentation is discovered during the pageant process.
Violation of any rules or regulations may lead to immediate disqualification.

Miscellaneous
The pageant organizers reserved the right to modify or amend any rules or regulations as deemed necessary.
Any unforeseen circumstances or disputes will be handled at the discretion of the pageant organizers.
